A Bit About Me:
Hi and Welcome:
I trained as an Osteopath at the European School of Osteopathy in 1996 and have been a registered member of the profession ever since.
I love what I do and have my own busy practice with my partner in Kings Hill.
I had practised Pilates and Yoga most of my life and loved the physical and mental health benefits of it. However, I had quite a few of my patients telling me they had become injured through doing a class, or didn't stick with them because it was too fast and too confusing. They also told me the class sizes were huge and that they didn't feel they were getting enough pointers and care. So, I decided there was a need for Clinical Pilates: where a more in-depth knowledge of the body, common injuries and musculoskeletal conditions and how it heals was much needed to prevent injury whilst being very effective at the same time. I qualified as a Mat-based level 3 Pilates instructor in 2018 and combine the two elements (Osteopathy and Pilates) in my classes.

It would be my greatest pleasure to help you on your journey to better health and fitness.
Hope to see you soon.

What is Clinical Pilates?
A personalised approach:
Clinical Pilates is a specialized form of Pilates exercise that is adapted and supervised by qualified healthcare professionals such as osteopaths, chiropractors, or other medical experts. It is used as a rehabilitation and therapeutic approach to address various musculoskeletal conditions, injuries, and movement dysfunctions.
The primary goal of clinical Pilates is to improve physical strength, flexibility, posture, and overall body function while addressing specific health concerns. Osteopaths have in depth knowledge of the musculoskeletal system and the human body.
My guidance during Pilates sessions ensures proper alignment, technique, and posture, reducing the risk of injury and maximizing the benefits of the exercises.
The powerful synergy of Osteopathy and Pilates in my integrated approach means that we can address not only the symptoms but also the underlying causes of your problem.
No two bodies are the same and my ability to tailor make the classes for your individual needs reflects that.

Suzanne is amazing; very reassuring and extremely knowledgeable of her profession.
I have been doing 2 classes a week with Suzanne since 2021, I had never done Pilates before and didn't know what to expect but I quickly became hooked.
I have seen a massive Improvement in my flexibility, strength, core, balance and just overall well-being.
I really wouldn't be without Pilates now, so I think Suzanne has me for life!

I love the small class size and the way Suzanne adapts the classes for all abilities.
